Salisbury United Reformed Church was delighted last week to welcome the girl choristers and lay vicars of the Salisbury Cathedral along with their Musical Director, David Halls and Assistant Organist, John Challenger. They performed a wonderful concert entitled Sacred Music across the Centuries to a large and appreciative audience.
The choristers sang a wide selection of pieces including Fear not, O Land by Elgar and Panis Angelicus by Franck. Organist, John Challenger accompanied the choir and also played three wonderful organ solos.
The Church was filled to capacity and the audience enjoyed this opportunity to enjoy the talents of our wonderful Cathedral Choir.
