Please pray for our children and young people with the new school year beginning of January 10th, especially for pupils starting at new school and for children will no school place. At St John’s, pray for our Youth Steward, for the Youth Christian Fellowship and for our Sunday School children and teachers.
Give thanks for our Christmas worship and overnight service of rededication into the New Year. Praise God for bringing us thus far, and trust our Lord Jesus with us into 2023. Give thanks that the new Presbytery manse has been completed, and pray that this year the building of our Consistory offices will be finished.
Pray that many will know Christ born again in their lives this Christmas, as we celebrate the fulfilment of God’s promises. Give thanks for a joyful Youth Family Annual Camp this month. Pray for the service of renewal we plan for the night of New Year
Please continue to pray for the outreach events we hold leading up to Christmas, especially for the young people in the Youth Drama Group, the Youth choirs and the Boys’ Brigade Band, that people will hear that God is with us and will be born again in people’s hearts and lives.
