A paraphrase of Psalm 13
How long O Lord will this global pandemic last? How long O Lord must we endure lockdown? How long O Lord before our health and care workers receive protection? How long O Lord will we hear the daily figures of those dying? How long O Lord will so many families and friends grieve? Listen to my prayers O Lord my God. Do not let all these worries overcome me. I trust in your steadfast love. I look for your saving grace. I will sing to the Lord and thank him for so many blessings - my family, my friends, my good heath, my home and my garden. The Lord has indeed dealt bountifully with me! Selah.

I am really enjoying reading the psalms. So far the two that really 'strike home' are Psalms 13 and 46. Hence this contribution! Chris
