Hollyhocks - Ted Haines

Spreading Love & Hope...

Welcome to today's devotion. These resources have been gathered for your use at home during these days of physical social isolation and virtual social connection. May this devotion and the links provided help you stay connected to God and the wider community. Thanks to Ted for his photo of his prize-winning hollyhocks, to Thandiwe for her thoughts on prayer and to Joan & Leslie for music suggestions.

If you have items to share -- a prayer, song, Bible verse, reflection, photo, link -- please send it, so we can share them with everyone.
Blessings & peace, Ana & Tod

Keep Praying

Prayer changes us.
Through prayer, we receive God's peace, we cultivate
trust and faithfulness, we let go of those things which we cannot
control (and right now, that's a lot!), and we connect our hearts to
loved ones and strangers all around the globe.
So keep praying.
Perhapsyou want to memorize a new prayer.
Perhaps you want to begin a family
time of sharing prayers out loud sometime during the day.
(At a meal? Before Bed?)
Whatever it looks like for you, keep praying.
